Lestrad's uniform (the one with the white hair) is definitly my favorite out of all the uniforms from the universe. Mostly due to the design and color scheme (I'm a huge fan of black). Amaya's uniform is special simply due to the fact that, as commanding officer, shes the only one in Lestrad's bodyguard detail with a unique color scheme (white) chosen mostly for a "knight in shining armor" effect, (they're not a couple) though the rest of First Company does use black and red.
